My order was delivered to the wrong address... First, please double check your order details to ensure that the entered address is correct. If so, contact the carrier to see what they can do to assist you. If you entered the wrong address in your order, you will need to re-order with your correct address.

I want to change the items and/or frequency of my auto shipments... Good news! We have a Customer Portal that you can access to adjust your deliveries however you'd like! There are no frequency or order value limitations.

If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we can't tell the post office to turn around (nobody stops the mail, not even Skookum).
