What ingredients do you use?

The ingredient lists on our products are so small that many people miss it!

Steak Training Rations and Flavor Boosters are made of USA sourced USDA Choice beef eye of round.
Chicken Training Rations and Flavor Boosters are made of USA sourced chicken breast.
Pork Chop Training Rations and Flavor Boosters are made of USA sourced trimmed pork loin.

For the guaranteed analysis and nutrition facts please refer to each product page. We are following AAFCO Pet Food Label Modernization standards.

Where are your products made?

Skookum operates out of our licensed commercial kitchen in Temecula, CA.

Open to the Public: Tuesday to Friday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm

We do NOT and will NEVER produce our treats outside the USA. We are committed to keeping our operation here in America, no matter the cost.

What is your shipping policy?

We fulfill orders Monday through Saturday, using USPS and UPS. We offer free shipping if your order reaches $54.99 or more.

If you ever experience any shipping delays, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Can I get a refund?

If you ordered the Flavor Booster Trial Sized Bundle and it didn't pass the sniff test, we offer a full money back guarantee. We don’t do returns, but we’d love for you to pass along any unused Flavor Booster to another pet parent - it just might rock their world.

My product went to the wrong address, what do I do?

First, please double check your order details to ensure that the entered address is correct. If so, contact the carrier to see what they can do to assist you.

If you entered the wrong address in your order, you will need to re-order with your correct address. We do not offer replacements for wrong addresses.
