For added aroma, flavor, and volume, scoop equal parts flavor booster and water into a small bowl. Let it rehydrate for at least 3 minutes. You can adjust the texture by adding more water. We make treats fresh every week in small batches. If a flavor sells out, don’t worry—a new batch is right around the corner. Preorders let you claim yours ahead of time, so your pet never has to wait long.
What is your shipping policy?
We fulfill orders Monday through Saturday, using USPS and UPS. All orders receive $4.99 flat rate shipping. We offer FREE shipping if your order reaches $75 or more.

I have a problem with my order. What do I do?
My package is late and might be lost in the mail... Oh no! Please place an inquiry using our Contact Form.
My order was delivered to the wrong address... First, please double check your order details to ensure that the entered address is correct. If so, contact the carrier to see what they can do to assist you. If you entered the wrong address in your order, you will need to re-order with your correct address.
My order was stolen off my porch... Oh no! Please let us know using our Contact Form and we will send you a replacement... unless we suspect abuse of this very nice policy.
I want to change the items and/or frequency of my auto shipments... Good news! We have a Customer Portal that you can access to adjust your deliveries however you'd like! There are no frequency or order value limitations.
I placed an order but want to change the items in that order... If the order has not shipped yet, please place an inquiry using our Contact Form as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we can't tell the post office to turn around (nobody stops the mail, not even Skookum).
